Russell has had over 10 years experience in the field of hypnotherapy, having studied and trained with world leaders in the field.  He is highly skilled as both a therapist and trainer. He has helped people from all walks of life having been a hypnotherapist since 1999. He teaches world class hypnosis courses with ‘’ Training Trances Co Author Julie Silverthorn and together they co-train advanced to instructor level hypnotherapy certification. Their Trainings are approved and recognized by hypnotherapy societies in Uk and USA.

Having studied way beyond standard training he is able to help you achieve your outcome in therapy coaching or training.

An initial session takes around 90 minutes so that he can get a reasonable background on the area you would like to work with as well as an intuitive insight as to the best way to approach your particular need. Russell has a high value on ecology and ensuring that every client he sees leaves in a more resourceful condition than when they came in. He is highly skilled and elegant with his approach to hypnotherapy and favours a permissive approach that is interactive and sensitive to your individuality and life experience.

Ericksonian Hypnosis 101 Workshop

Although the roots and use of hypnotic trance date way back to the ancient civilizations of the world its use became endorsed by the medical and psychological community of UK and US in the 1950’s.

Ericksonian hypnosis is a term to describe the work of the late Dr Milton Erickson who successfully conducted therapy sessions with over 30,000 patents. He was renowned for using hypnosis in an elegant conversational and intuitive manner that respected the individuality of the people he worked with. Prior to Erickson Hypnosis was authoritarian and scripted. By contrast Ericksonian hypnotherapy engages the cooperation principle and deep levels of rapport. Resulting in a heightened level of success and ecology.

During this intensive 2 day seminar you will learn how to induce hypnotic trance elegantly and conversationally to use hypnosis in a more intuitive and flexible way. When we use hypnosis we are able to tap into the vast potential of our unconscious minds wonderful ability to make long and lasting personal change.
