Pia Muggerud is a soulful, down-to-earth and a sassy inspiring woman! She is founder of Copia; a training and coaching organisation and works with people empowering and inspiring change… for a life where you can experience joy, peace and full expression. Pia also works as an Associate Partner with various training companies, on selective facilitation events and coaching interventions. As well as running her own coaching practice, Pia worked for Anthony Robbins, the world-renowned inspirational speaker and life coach. This taught her how small changes can make a big difference in any area that you wish to live more fully in.

As a Life Coach, Pia specialises in working with women. Her own journey as a woman brought her to search deeper into her own core, realising her expression as a woman lay hidden under layers of perceived masculine control and achievement. Her passion to live more fully expressed as a woman herself led her to study and explore teachings that helped open her eyes and heart to new ways of being as a woman.

Pia is dedicated to being a catalyst for the emergence of the feminine spirit within every woman; to be reminded that it is fun to be a woman! Pia is passionate about supporting women to unfold their natural beauty and reclaim your inner strength. In the process, you recognize and playfully apply all your feminine qualities in daily life, whether you are a career woman, a student or a "stay-at-home mom".

Copia coaching is for every woman who wants to unlock her inner strength, dignity, divinity and radiance; to understand her feminine essence. You will expand your understanding of who you are and what you can do. You will experience the power and joy of being a women. The coaching will focus on filling your inner reservoir of positive feelings and empowering thoughts.

Copia runs evening events and weekend workshops for women.

Cost : HK $1000 per 45-minute session.

Commitment : 12 weeks minimum

Bonuses : One free short phone call between sessions, free unlimited emails between sessions and free personal assessments .

Payment: Amount due prior to the start of each working month. If you need to reschedule your coaching session, please give me at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session. Sessions which you fail to show up for will be counted as a participated session, and you will be expected to pay in full.
