Born in the UK, Michelle came to Hong Kong in 1996 which was the beginning of a 12 year study and exploration into her ‘self’ and a variety of healing methods.

In 2000 however, she started to receive geometric-shaped symbols through her meditations from her Guidance. As she began to work with them, she discovered they formed part of an ancient healing system, and later anchored the DRACO (Dragon) Healing Symbols System – a system that cuts through illusions to the truth of who you are and brings you to unconditional being-ness.

An English Teacher to many students in Hong Kong, she has worked with children of all ages for over 14 years, that includes teenagers with emotional and behavioural problems in the UK. She has also worked in Finance, Recruitment and Training. More recently, she has become a Mum, enjoying the unfolding journey with her daughter and experiencing the delights - and challenges! - of Motherhood. She has written/published articles for the Spiritually Speaking Section of an on-line Mother-Baby Magazine as well as the former Yoga Journal Hong Kong, and her work has also been featured in the SCMP and on Cable TV.

Inner Spirit Training (IS Training) is a healing and education company that has been established to bring together all her experiences and to share a variety of tools, techniques and teachings to help you access and live who you are in the world – your own unique expression. For adults and children of all ages, it also provides assistance to animals, your home/office, and the environment/earth.

Inner Spirit (IS) Living Series

“Opening you to the fullness of living”

When we work with our Inner Spirit we allow the flow of life; we allow the expression of our natural self without judgment, and we be the essence of who we are. The IS Living Series is a series of 6 classes that help you to access and free your Inner Spirit - opening you to the fullness of living.

Sessions are in Modules:

Accessing the Inner Spirit:
Module 1- accessing your own unique wisdom
Module 2 - allowing the Flow
Module 3 - cultivating Inner Spirit qualities (eg, calm, peace, joy, love, playfulness etc.)
Module 4 - living in Non-judgment, it’s all about Balance.

The Freedom to Be:
Module 5 - your own unique talents & gifts to the world
Module 6 - creating the life YOU want

These classes are relaxed, open, fun and interactive, and may be taken as personal/individual sessions or as a group class. It is recommended that the modules are taken in succession although you can take them in any order as a series of 6 classes or ‘stand alone’ sessions.

Exchange: Each session/class is around 90 mins.
One-off Module as personal session HKD1,200 / 6 Modules HKD5,950 Group Class HKD 450 per person per class.
Sessions may also be taken over the telephone.

Inner Spirit (IS) Consulting for Adults
“Be your Expression in the World.”

Mum’s to be - Pregnancy as a Journey: tap into the Creative Principle in action, and prepare for the birth and being a Mum; includes visualisations and tools for a smooth delivery, improving physical & mind/emotional well-being, and connecting more deeply to your child.

Mum’s - Enjoying Motherhood: embrace Motherhood and be a channel for the Divine Mother energy: adjusting to being a parent/Mum and riding the challenging times - which may include: post natal depression, low self-esteem/confidence, beliefs about mother/parenthood, letting go of control, relationship issues, fatigue, etc.

Conscious Parenting - utilise the skills of Parenthood and connect to the essence of your child to help them develop to their potential as well as your own. For Parents, Teachers, Guardians and those who work with/care for children.

Exchange: All sessions 90 min. HKD1,500

Inner Spirit (IS) Consulting for Kids

These sessions are for children and teenagers of all ages, helping them awaken & develop their unique gifts/talents, and/or assisting with fears, anxieties, anger, confidence/esteem, sensitivity, behaviour, etc.

The intent is to help each child come into the fullness of their Beings, and various creative mediums & techniques may be introduced including guided visualisation, colour, stories, games, drawing, symbols, movement/dance, sound, crystals, etc.
