Wholistic health and metaphysics have always held a special interest for Frederick, leading to certification in Aura-Chakra Balancing, Tuina Acupressure, Gestalt Dreamwork, Reflex Zone Therapy and Advanced Hypnotherapy.

For the past few years, Frederick and his wife, Yvonne, have been working on AIDS programs, facilitating Energetic Self-Adjustment (E.S.A.) workshops, private healing sessions and meditation retreats in Taiwan , Hong Kong , Singapore , Bali , Thailand and America . As a wholistic therapist, Frederick is sensitive to human feelings, memories and experiences, no matter how far from consensus reality the stories range or how they differ from accepted norms of the possible or impossible.
