What can be ordered?
Any physically available stock at the time of order except breakable
products e.g. glass and ceramic wares.

How much?
The total cost of your order will include the following:
1. Retail price of products
2. Registered postage as per Hong Kong Post rates (For detailed rates
please refer to www.hongkongpost.com
3. Handling charge: HK$50 per order

How do I place an order?
1. Email (enquire@newageshop.com.hk) or fax (+852 2526 1798) us your
order and your contact details.
2. We will provide you with a confirmation and a total amount payable.
3. Deposit the full amount payable into our bank account.
4. Fax us the bank deposit slip or email us the details.
5. Order will be dispatched when payment is confirmed.

Terms & Conditions
1. The New Age Shop will not be responsible for any loss of packages or
damage to the products received.
2. Products, except CDs, DVDs and books, in good conditions can be exchanged
for other products. Customers must return the products intended for exchange
either by hand or by post at their expense.
3. Refunds will not be entertained.
